Policies

 

  1. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
  2. Two-day minimum reservation on weekends from April through September.
  3. Check-in is after 3:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. Please contact us in advance if you require an early check-in.
  4. Cancellation policy: Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled up to one week before your arrival. A $25 processing fee will be charged.
  5. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE on the premises including the riverfront. Violations will result in an additional charge of $150.
  6. Littering will not be tolerated.
  7. No additional guests or visitors allowed at any time.
  8. NO PETS
  9. No stereos played on the grounds or at riverfront. Stereos played inside cabins should not be heard from outside.
  10. Please refrain from engaging your car alarm; an audible alarm can be a serious nuisance for other guests.
  11. We have a strict capacity limit for both the safety and comfort of our guest. If you arrive with more guests than cabin capacity, your reservation may be cancelled without refund. Infants and children under 2 of age are exempt.
  12. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult to swim. Guest swim at own risk.
  13. No weddings, events or parties allowed.
  14. No hanging of decorations, clotheslines, etc, etc. inside or outside cabins.
  15. No sinking of canoes or slapping of paddles on the water or canoes.
  16. No throwing rocks in lake or fish pond.
  17. Must use BBQ Pit offered by the resort.
  18. No music played outside of the cabins.

Any damage to property or evidence of disregard for the above policies will result in an additional charge of $150+

There is limited WiFi at this property. We believe it is best to sometimes disconnect from technology in order to reconnect with ourselves & others.

Our resort uses septic systems Please do not flush paper towels, napkins, diapers, wipes or feminine products. Additional bags for disposal can be found under the sink.
